Reputation, the global leader in reputation intelligence, today announced AI Readiness and AI-optimized Location Pages, two products that bring AI visibility management to multi-location brands. Both are part of Reputation’s AI Search solution. They show brands, location by location, how AI engines find and describe them, and give them a way to fix what’s wrong at scale.
Half of U.S. consumers now use AI-powered search. Of those users, 44% say it is their primary and preferred source of insight, ahead of traditional search at 31%, according to McKinsey. Local discovery is shifting just as quickly. The share of consumers using ChatGPT and other AI tools for local business recommendations rose from 6% to 45% in one year, according to BrightLocal.
AI assistants build local recommendations from sources they already trust. Some answers come straight from structured information on a business’s pages, such as hours or FAQs. Others are assembled from reviews, directories and other third-party sources. Business websites make up 58% of the sources ChatGPT cites for local searches, according to BrightLocal. A Seer Interactive study of more than 800,000 AI responses found that review and trust sites are the second most-cited source type, and they account for roughly a quarter of citations when consumers are close to a purchase decision. For multi-location brands, the accuracy of every location page, listing and review profile now shapes what AI tells customers.
“AI hasn’t changed what matters when customers choose where to go. It has raised the stakes,” said Joe Burton, CEO of Reputation. “A single brand-level score can’t tell a regional marketing team which locations AI is getting wrong. Brands need to see where every location stands, fix what’s holding each one back, and keep the data AI relies on current. Most tools handle one piece of that. AI Readiness and Reputation Location Pages run the whole cycle, across every location.”
AI Readiness: see where every location stands
Brands set up AI Readiness once and get a separate view of every location, instead of a single brand-level grade that can hide underperforming sites. Setup starts with a brand profile, at both the brand and location level, that defines what the brand wants AI to understand about it: mission, values, key services and core messages, aligned to its brand guidelines. AI Readiness then compares that profile with what AI engines, including ChatGPT and Gemini, actually say. It also summarizes how AI describes each brand and location, with metrics for listing accuracy and AI sentiment.
AI Readiness also audits what brand and Location Pages signal to AI engines across five dimensions: Discovery, Schema, Content, Technical and Server-Side Rendering. Each location gets an AI Readiness score, benchmarked and rolled up into a portfolio view. Brands can switch between brand and location views, filter to their strongest and weakest sites, and track performance. Every issue comes with a ranked action plan and a plain-language statement of its business impact. Critical issues are flagged separately.
AI Readiness monitors AI responses continuously and alerts brands when answers change or facts drift from their brand profile, so teams can act before inaccurate information spreads. Scores update monthly, so brands can track progress at each location over time.
Reputation Location Pages: fix it at the source
Reputation Location Pages publish a structured, AI-ready page for every location, built on the listings, reviews, and social data brands already manage in Reputation. These pages follow the standards AI engines and search engines rely on, including LocalBusiness, Review and FAQPage schema, JSON-LD and llms.txt. When location data changes, pages republish automatically.
Reputation’s designers build a branded template once and deploy it across every location. Brands can update pages at any time, with expert support available. Reputation Location Pages connect directly to Reputation Business Listings, so every location page pulls from the same source of truth. When hours, addresses or phone numbers change, the page updates with them, and AI engines always get accurate location data. Reputation Location Pages include vertical starter packs for healthcare, automotive, retail, hospitality and real estate, an FAQ hub, and live review content on the page. Hours, directions, click-to-call and online booking help turn traffic from AI and search into calls, visits and appointments.
AI Readiness and Reputation Location Pages are part of Reputation’s AI platform, which gives multi-location brands one connected system for AI visibility. Brands can monitor how AI engines and customers see every location, diagnose and fix the gaps that keep them out of AI answers, and fuel those engines with verified listings, fresh reviews and structured Location Pages. Together, these capabilities keep every location accurate, visible and ready to be chosen wherever customers search.
AI Readiness and Reputation Location Pages will be generally available Oct. 26 for multi-location brands in industries including automotive, healthcare, retail, restaurants, financial services and property management.
